Missions of the young ninja
Every day is a new step towards discovering one’s own abilities.

1. Movement and agility
  • Obstacle courses developing balance and coordination.
  • Safe falling techniques, rolls and jumps for flexibility and control.
  • Introduction to martial arts fundamentals, focusing on discipline and body awareness.

2. Challenges and exploration
  • Mountain hike: observing nature and building stamina on gentle climbs.
  • Themed quests requiring problem-solving and teamwork.

3. Team spirit and inner strength
  • Group challenges built on cooperation and shared effort.
  • Confidence-building exercises that encourage persistence.
  • Activities designed to strengthen unity within the group.

Recognition ceremony
The programme concludes with a formal initiation. Each participant receives a symbol of achievement recognising their effort, courage and newly developed skills.
