Mountain hike: observing nature and building stamina on gentle climbs.
Themed quests requiring problem-solving and teamwork.
3. Team spirit and inner strength
Group challenges built on cooperation and shared effort.
Confidence-building exercises that encourage persistence.
Activities designed to strengthen unity within the group.
Recognition ceremony The programme concludes with a formal initiation. Each participant receives a symbol of achievement recognising their effort, courage and newly developed skills.
